All Winterplace trips will take place on Friday and will leave after school has been dismissed. We will depart from Winterplace around 10:15 PM and return to WHS around midnight.
EVERYONE MUST WEAR A HELMET. ALL SNOWBOARDERS AND ANYONE NOT USING SKI POLES MUST WEAR WRIST GUARDS.
We have 7 - 8 chaperones per trip. They have the right to separate students if they are not acting in an honorable fashion. There will be zero tolerence for drugs, alcohol or tobacco on these trips. All classroom rules will apply.
Only 84 seats are available for these trips. We always have a waiting list!

If you have your own equipment (skis/snowboard) or need to rent skis, the cost will be $240.
If you plan on renting a snowboard or ski blades, the cost will be $287.
The cost includes rental, if you need it, lift pass, lessons, pizza, a drink and the bus ride.
If you are not able to attend one of the trips, it is your responsibility to sell your seat. The person who buys your seat must bring a completed medical form, copy of their insurance card and a Responsbility form stating they understand all rules of the club. In addition to these things they must have the required safety equipment or they will not be allowed the board the bus.
These must be completed and turned in ASAP:

Wrist guards, helmet, substance abuse & responsibility waiver forms

Equipment user release form (only if renting equipment - I will send your this after you have submitted your other forms)
Checks payable to Ski Club for either $240 or $287.
