Please Note:  There will be one football team per division. Sign-ups are taken on  a first-come, first-serve basis.

Have The following with you to register ~

1. FOOTBALL PLAYER ( All must weigh in at sign-ups )

2. PARENT/GUARDIAN ( Must be present at registration )

3. BIRTH CERTIFICATE ( Two - Zerox Copies of certified Document )

4. HEAD SHOT PHOTO ( One - Wallet size - No Hats! )

5. REGISTRATION FEE (check, credit card,cash)

~No Exceptions - Please, only register if ALL if the above requirements can be met.

      FOOTBALL: Includes everything player needs (except cup and cleats).  Player keeps Jersey(s), Trophy, Pictures, and Spirit Pack.  

CHEER:  Includes uniform (spirit pack, shell, skirt, breifs, socks, shoes , bow) Plus 1 day Palomar Conference Spirit Camp, Trophy, pictures, and Palomar Conference Cheer Competition.

WHY POP WARNER? 

Certified Equipment:  Helmets & Pads re-conditioned and certified by Riddell    

Use of High School Stadium, Compete in the biggest football league in the country 

Potential to play in a real SUPER BOWL at Orlando, Florida, nationally televised by ESPN2

Weight limits to protect the players (but with an increase every week)
