MUST be paid prior to getting equipment, equipment hand out will start next week August 3rd.

NOTE: you ARE NOT officially on the roster until you have paid in full

 Physicals

Physicals need to be turned in ASAP; can not practice with out physical starting August 10th.

 Registration Paperwork 

All paperwork must be turned in ASAP to Team Mom so that the coaches can complete their 25 man roster – 25 “PAID” makes roster

NOTE: you ARE NOT officially on the roster until you have paid IN FULL
