 Day 1

Players will be put through a series of drills to assess skill level.  We expect to make offers for a majority of available spots on this day.  We may ask certain players to return on Day 2 for accurate placement on teams.  Returning WTMVC players may choose to sign Commitment Contracts on this day.  Players new to WTMVC will have to wait until Day 3. Once you commit to a club, you can no longer attend another Club's tryouts.  The contract is binding for the entire 2012-2013 season. 

Day 2

Skill level assessment continues.  Players with offers are encouraged, but not required, to attend Day 2 of tryouts.  Offers will be made for remaining available spots on teams.

Day 3

Commitments are due at the begining of the designated start time for the particular age group. Players will have their first practice.  If there are any remaining spots on teams we will attempt to fill them on this day. There is a Mandatory Parent meeting with Player Uniform Fittings on this day.  A parent or legal guardian MUST accompany player and stay through registration, uniform fittings and parent meeting.

After completing registration, there is a Click Here to print icon that will appear in the upper right hand corner; if you print out your confirmation, the last page to print will be a copy of your membership card. Please make a copy of this and bring it to the next clinic you attend or Tryouts. If you choose not to print the member confirmation, you can print out a copy of your membership card by using the link on the left-hand side of the screen.

When choosing our Club, make sure you choose White Tank Mountain and NOT White Mountain, otherwise you will have a really long commute to practice!! You do not need to select a club before tryouts, but you will have to go back in and select after tryouts.

Please make sure you follow through to the bottom of the online Registration process and print out the Medical Release form, complete and bring with you to Tryouts.

What to Bring to Tryouts:

1. A parent/legal guardian must be present at the beginning of Tryouts to complete the necessary paperwork in order for your athlete to participate and at the end of Tryouts to complete paperwork. In addition, a parent/legal guardian must be present to sign off on uniform fitting sheet. Uniform fittings for 15 and older girls will be following the conclusion of Tryouts on November 17th. Fittings for the 14 and under girls is tentatively scheduled for Saturday November 3rd.
2. A non-refundable One Time Tryout fee of $30.00 (which will be deducted from your club fees if your daughter is selected and accepts a position on one of our teams). CASH ONLY, PLEASE!!
3. Original and a copy of your daughter’s birth certificate (Note: If you were registered with the AZ Region of USA Volleyball last year your birth certificate is already on file and you need not bring it)
4. Proper Workout Attire (indoor shoes, spandex/shorts, T-shirt, knee pads and water bottle)
5. Positive attitude – smiles always welcome!

Please bring CASH or Money Order; WTMVC does not accept credit cards or PERSONAL CHECKS FOR TRYOUT FEES!
