I don't want to do my SERVICE HOURS

At WTPL we ask for a Service Hour committment from each family.  Each family is required to work 10 hours of service.  You can work in the concession stand, scorekeeping or field maintanence.  Anyone over the age of 16 is able to work and get credited for the service hours.  So if you are working in the concession, bring in your brother, sister, aunt or uncle and get credit for the time.

If you don't want to work your hours you can do one of two things:

1)  Pay $5 for every uncompleted hour.  This must be paid by May 20th.

or

2)  Purchase 20oz bottle of Gatorade.  You must purchase a total of 72 bottles ~ 3 cases of 24 ~ 4 packs of 18 each ~ 6 packs of 12 each.  Must turn in no later than Saturday, March 10th.

Sunday, November 13
Registration To Begin

As we prepare for the upcoming 2012 Baseball/Softball Season we will be handing out flyers for registration information.  Please check your child's back pack prior to the Christmas Holidays.  We will be handing out flyers in the Northside, San Antonio, and Edgewood Independent School Districts.

Every year we are always looking for volunteers to help our program be a success.  If you are interested in being a manager, coach, or team mom or dad, please come by during the registration dates and times.  Without great volunteers, our kids would not have a program to play in.  So we welcome all the volunteers!!

Sunday, November 13
Attention All Returning Players

If you are a returning player and would like to stay on the same team that you played with last spring, please come in and register prior to February 12th so you can be placed back on the same team.

If you do not want to return back to the same team, that is also an option, please come in and register prior to February 5th so that way you are placed back in the draft and have an opportunity to participate in the tryouts.

Please be advised that if you participated in our fall ball program, that does not count as being a returning player for that team - it only applies for the spring league.
