Hello and Welcome to the Westside Football Club 2010 Pre-Season!!

All Westside players who plan on attending Winter Training sessions at the Augsburg Dome need to pre-register on this form.

In order to strike a balance between the high cost of indoor training space and family budgets, a $75 Winter Training Facility Fee will be required for all players attending training at Augsburg. This training is optional, though highly encouraged. If you are not planning to attend Winter Training, you do not have to pay the $75 fee.

ALL PLAYERS WHO ARE ATTENDING ANY WINTER TRAINING SESSIONS AT AUGSBURG NEED TO SIGN UP BELOW, PRINT AND SEND WITH THE $75 WINTER TRAINING FACILITY FEE (Payable to Westside F.C.) BEFORE TRAINING.

This is for 18 1.5 hour sessions starting November 18th through March 17th from 7:30PM - 9:00PM at Augsburg Sports Dome. Full schedule will be posted on website and sent out by your coach after you register.

Also, a reminder that your 2010 Westside Football Club registration and deposit is due now with full balance of club fees due February 27th. Registration form with instructions available on website under 'Handouts'.
