Wednesday, November 25
It's not too late to sign up for this season.
Monday and Wednesday 5:30- 6:30 for those ages 5-8 and beginners.
Tuesday and Thursday 6:00-8:00 for older, experienced wrestlers.
If you've not participated before you'll need to bring your Birth Certificate.
Monday, November 23
Wrestlers are expected to:
Be on the mat, ready to wrestle at the pre-determined practice time. Tardiness will not be tolerated, unless previous arrangements are made with the coaches.
Behave in a manner that is not disruptive to the group. Continued disruptive behavior will be grounds for dismissal from practices and/or removal from the Club.
Be Respectful to your coaches and team mates at all times
Bring a re-useable water bottle with your name on it. Take it home with you when you leave.
Work hard to understand and exceed your own limitations, improve and advance your abilities.
Maintain eligibility in school KEEP YOUR GRADES UP.
Practice Times:
5-8 yr old and beginers Mon. and Wed. 5:30 to 6:30
All others on Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 to 8:00

Seamus Wallace was runner up and Aaron Beausoleil place 5th at the New England Championships
Danny Contino and Liam Wallace both qualified and wrestled in the Mid Atlantic Wrestling Association (MAWA) Eastern National Championships in Salisbury MD in May.
