  Welcome

Wednesday, June 6
Welcome to West O Throws

If your child is interested in developing their skills specific to the
Throwing events in Track & Field, West O Throws is the perfect Club for
their development. West O Throws was launched in 2000 by two Nationally
Certified Throws officials, Mark Lloyd & Nancy Sempek. After coaching
with other track clubs and at the middle schools, Mark is now the Head
Throwing Coach for Skutt High School.

The idea for the Club came out of the need to focus on the Throws events
in Track & Field. Specializing in these events has attracted the best
coaches available to work with our kids.

"The winners in life think constantly in terms of I can, I will, and I am. Losers, on the other hand, concentrate their waking thoughts on what they should have or would have done, or what they can't do." - Dennis Waitley
