Tuesday, November 3 Registration Information for the 2010 Football Season Open Registration for the 2010 season will be Saturday April 17th 2010 from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm in Room C at the Waterford Parks and Recreation Building located at 2303 Crescent lake road in Waterford. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at open registration. We supply all the equipment except for cleats, mouth piece, girdle and cup & supporter.
Tuesday, November 3 Pre-Registration for the 2010 Season Please send in your pre-registration letter with a $50.00 deposit by April 16th to 7092 Highland rd, PMB 246, Waterford MI, 48327. This is the only way you can guarantee a spot on 2010 roster. If you do not register by mail your spot will be available to new players at open registration on April 17th. Thank you.

Participation requirements Physical Examination Each player and cheerleader must have a current physical in order to participate. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE UNTIL THEY PROVIDE A PHYSICAL EXAMINATION CERTIFICATE. Birth Certificates The league age of a participant is his/her age as of September 1. Every participant must present Birth Certificate copies are acceptable (we do not want an original) and will be held on file by the Association. |
