Washington Volleyball: Practice Schedule

Practice 9th - 12th Grades / Weights/Agility

Below is our schedule for weightlifting and practice.  (they both will be at the high school)

Each Practice will last until 5:30-6:30 p.m.

 

Mondays

3:15/3:20 Weights/Agility

4:00 Practice

 

Tuesdays

4:00 Practice

 

Wednesdays

3:15/3:20 Weights/Agility

4:00 Practice

 

Thursdays

 4:00 Practice

 

Fridays (except Friday August 22nd will be after school)

6:15 a.m. Practice

7:10 a.m./7:15 a.m. Weights/Agility
