FALL 2013 INTRAMURAL SOCCER REGISTRATION - OPENS APRIL 25TH
Fall 2013 Intramural Soccer Registration is available to all children in Grades Pre-Pre-K thru 8th as of Fall 2013 school year. Grade is the grade your child will be entering in September 2013. Pre-Pre-K age group is for children entering K in Fall 2015. Pre-K age group is for children entering K in Fall 2014.
COACHES & VOLUNTEERS are NEEDED and appreciated. The league would not be possible without them. Please note any way that you can volunteer on your registration forms. Travel players will register through their travel team coach in late June.
REGISTRATION DATES!! - Registration is on 4/25 @ Wantagh Elementary School (small gym) 7pm-8:30pm, and 5/4 @ Wantagh Bowling Lanes 10am-12pm, and 5/9 & 5/14 @ PAL office 7pm-8:30pm. Thereafter, you can register at the PAL Office during normal office hours (call office @ 516-783-8464) between May 15th - August 16th. Late fee applies after May 15th. A wait list will be taken after August 16th.
Registration Forms are available at registrations and the PAL Office. Completed forms are required for all players. Accepted payment methods are cash or personal check payable to "W/S PAL". We are no longer accepting Mail-In registrations.
IMPORTANT: All registrations must be received by August 16, 2013.
2013 INTRAMURAL REGISTRATION FEES (a $10 Late Fee Per Player will apply after 5/15/13)
Grades K-8th
$70 for 1 child
$130 for 2 children
$190 for 3 or more children
Grades Pre-Pre-K & Pre-K (players entering K in Fall 2015 or Fall 2014)
$50 per player

NEW TRAVEL SOCCER COACHES FALL 2013 & SPRING 2014
Wantagh-Seaford PAL is presently accepting applications for travel soccer coaches for boys and girls U10-U19 teams for the Fall 2013 / Spring 2014 seasonal year. Interested head coach & assistant coach applicants must complete and return a Travel Team Coach Application to Wantagh/Seaford PAL, Attn: George Hagan, 1497 Elmer Street, Wantagh, NY 11793 or email ghagan@optonline.net by May 1, 2013. The Travel Team Coach Application is available for downloading on our club's web site (www.eteamz.com/wantaghseafordpal) under the Soccer Home Page>Handouts>Travel Soccer or click on handout below.All applications received will be reviewed, and applicants will be contacted by May 15, 2013. Tryouts for teams participating in the Fall 2013 / Spring 2014 season will be held in June 2013 with all teams registered by July 1, 2013. GOLF REGISTRATION
Golf registration for Boys & Girls ages 7-15 will be on Tues 2/26, Thurs 2/28 & Wed 3/6 from 6:30pm-8pm at the PAL Office in Cedar Creek Park (Parking Field #5). Cost is $120 for Beginner (5 weekly 1 hour sessions) and $160 for Advanced (5 weekly 90 minute sessions). Sessions are held on either Tues. or Thurs. (your choice) at 6pm starting 4/16 or 4/18 for Beginners and Advanced or Saturdays 4/20 at 10am for Beginners and 5:30pm for Advanced.

TRACK REGISTRATION
Track registration for Boys & Girls ages 5-13 will be held on Sat. 3/2 from 2pm-4pm, Tues. 3/5 & Thurs. 3/7 from 7pm-8pm at the PAL Office in Cedar Creek Park (parking field #5). Track meets are held on Saturdays (practice on Thursdays) during April-June. Cost is $40 for 1 child, $75 for 2 children, and $100 for 3 or more children. After 3/7 there will be open registration at the PAL Office during normal hours with a late fee until registration is closed on 3/22.

LATE FEE & REFUNDS
Late Fee - There will be a $10 late fee for any registration taken after the final scheduled registration date.
Refunds - Requests for refund must be made in writing stating the reason for withdrawal. No refunds will be issued after the start of the activity. Late fees and insurance cost are not refundable.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
The Wantagh-Seaford PAL is a non-profit organization whose goal is to provide children with a safe environment to have fun, build relationships and learn sports. We rely largely on volunteers to meet this goal. If you are willing and able to volunteer, please indicate this at the bottom area of your registration form or contact the PAL Office at 516-783-8464.

NEW ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
Effective immediately the Wantagh/Seaford PAL Soccer Program has adopted a "ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY" to prevent verbal abuse and potential physical abuse directed towards any player, referee, official, or coach during all scheduled games, practices, scrimmages, etc. This policy applies to all coaches, players, parents, spectators and other supporters and is effective immediately.
