Winter Encampment Forms: March 7-8, 2014

Leaders:
Winter Encampment for all girls in 4th grade and up will take place on March 7-8, 2014.

Winter Encampment begins on Friday, March 7 at 6 pm and runs until Saturday, March 8 at 9 pm. Scroll down to see the complete list of forms available to download.

>>CORI formThis file which must be filled out and processed by the Council Office before Encampment. All adults who are attending Encampment must be CORI'd.
>>WinterEncampment2014 is a permission slip that must be signed by parents along with the Permission to Administer Medication. This file also contains a brief schedule and a list of what to pack.
>>Encampment Attendance form must be filled out by all leaders before arriving at Encampment. You will turn this form in to Peg when you check in on Friday night at Beehive Cabin.
>>Map of Cedar Hill Campground is a printable map of the Cedar Hill campground, showing the Beehive gate off of Forest St. and the Beaver St. entrance and parking lot near the GS Store.
>>Topo Map of Cedar Hill is a topographical map of the campground put together by Girl Scouts in Bedford, Mass., for a silver award project in 2006. It's a better map than the Council's map.
>>Encampment Supply List is for leaders to use in planning what to bring to their cabins for staying overnight at Encampment (kitchen and cleaning supplies, food, etc.)

These logs and nomination forms should be turned in at our Leaders Mtg in April of each year. Pins and other awards are given out at our year-end Leaders Dinner at the end of May.
>>Service Unit Awards is a description of all the adult recognitions and awards given out at the Service Unit level. It also includes a link to nominate and endorse a volunteer online.
>>Leadership Pins and Leaves is a file for applying for the Owl pin and green and silver leaves awarded for training hours.
>>Training Attendance Card is a log for leaders to keep track of the training they attend.

Winter Encampment Forms 2012

The first file below is the Winter Encampment information flyer and permission slips. Permission slips must be returned to all troop leaders by March 2, 2012.

The second file is the Winter Encampment Final Attendance Form, which must be turned in at check-in on March 9. This is a list of all the girls and adults planning to attend from your troop.

The CORI form must be submitted to the Council Office no later than March 2.

The Map of Cedar Hill & Parking Instructions explains the drop off and pick up procedures at the beginning and end of Encampment. Please share this with the parents in your troop.

The Topo Map of Cedar Hill is a topographical map of the campground put together by Girl Scouts in Bedford, Mass., for a silver award project in 2006. It's a better map than the Council's map.

The Winter Encampment permission slip and supply list has information for girls, a list of what to bring, and a permission slip for parents to sign and return to troop leaders.
