These logs and nomination forms should be turned in at our Leaders Mtg in April of each year. Pins and other awards are given out at our year-end Leaders Dinner at the end of May.
>>Service Unit Awards is a description of all the adult recognitions and awards given out at the Service Unit level. It also includes a link to nominate and endorse a volunteer online.
>>Leadership Pins and Leaves is a file for applying for the Owl pin and green and silver leaves awarded for training hours.
>>Training Attendance Card is a log for leaders to keep track of the training they attend.

Here is the flyer and permission slip for Girl Scout Sunday, March 11, 2012. Each girl MUST have a signed permission slip to attend this event.

The second file is the GS Sunday passport, which will be given out at the event.

The first file below is the Winter Encampment information flyer and permission slips. Permission slips must be returned to all troop leaders by March 2, 2012.

The second file is the Winter Encampment Final Attendance Form, which must be turned in at check-in on March 9. This is a list of all the girls and adults planning to attend from your troop.

The CORI form must be submitted to the Council Office no later than March 2.

The Map of Cedar Hill & Parking Instructions explains the drop off and pick up procedures at the beginning and end of Encampment. Please share this with the parents in your troop.

The Topo Map of Cedar Hill is a topographical map of the campground put together by Girl Scouts in Bedford, Mass., for a silver award project in 2006. It's a better map than the Council's map.

>>The first file below is the registration form to register your Daisy or Brownie troop for this year's Encampment (Oct. 15-16). Troop registration was due with full payment by Oct. 5. This must be turned in with full payment to Peg Juppe at Our Lady's Academy no later than Oct. 11.
>>The second file is the CORI form which must be filled out and processed by the Council Office on Tuesday, Oct. 11. All adults who are attending Encampment must be CORI'd.
>>The third file is the letter to leaders that outlines everything you need to know to prepare for Encampment, including your cabin assigments. This version includes UPDATED information about check-in.
>>The Encampment Attendance form must be filled out by all leaders before checking in on Oct. 15.
>>The Encampment Permission Slip must be signed by parents. This file also contains a brief schedule and a list of what to pack.

The Winter Encampment Letter to Leaders outlines all you need to know to prepare for Encampment. The Winter Encampment permission slip and supply list has information for girls, a list of what to bring, and a permission slip for parents to sign and return to troop leaders. The Encampment Attendance form is to be filled out by the troop leader before arriving at Encampment Friday night, Feb. 26.
