Only as indicated for teams of 20 or more for Overnight Camp and commuter rate for Overnight Camp.

What forms are required in order for my child to participate?
All campers for each camp must have a physical signed by physcian within the past 12 months. Copies of school physicals are acceptable. Medical forms can be returned if necessary. Form is available from web site or by calling Football Office.

What items should my child bring to camp?
Once registered, each camper will be sent specific instructions of items to bring to camp.

Once registered, each camper will be sent specific instructions for registration location and time.

Full time sports medicine trainers will be available at all times during camp.
