TOOL BOX TECHNIQUE

SESSIONS

“OUT OF SEASON WRESTING MAKES IN SEASON CHAMPIONS”

WHAT: Supplemental Wrestling Sessions, that focuses on Technique and drilling for the wrestlers who want to improve before the next in-season begins.

We will focus on learning high percentage moves, then drilling in High Pace with Max repetitions for muscle memory. Each Session will have a focus on certain techniques; each Session will be a number of practices listed ahead of time.

COST: $10 PER SESSION- TO GET MAXIMUM PAYBACK ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED.

WHERE: Wilton High School Wrestling Room

WHO: ANY 1ST GRADER AND UP WITH AT LEAST TWO FULL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. Must have a lot of W.I.L.L. power: Work, Improve, Listen, and Learn. Any distractions or in subornation will be dismissed immediately.

**Request no parents in the room while session in practice, until further notice**

I will be setting up a time for all State Wrestlers (USA, AAU, Super Peewee) with the advocate. I will be sending out information, please wear your Wilton State Shirt and any medal you won.
Reminder Open room practice starting on Thursday this week at 6pm for those interested in some more wrestling, corncob and Dominate the dells are right around the corner.
The Wilton Wrestling Club Coaches and Fans would like to Congratulate all the competitors who wrestled in Iowa’s USA Super State Tournament yesterday at the UNI-Dome in Cedar Falls.  We had 16 wrestlers compete which is the start of our Championship Series.  All the boys wrestled their hearts out and should be very proud.  Unofficially the boys place 9th as a team.  The winning team had 43 kids, while second place had 21.  Only one school club placed ahead of us (6th) as the rest are Super Clubs/ Academies.
