Results will be reported as soon as tournaments have been completed for the District.  Please check back to see the winners in each division.

9-10 - Girls Softball - Advancing are Mt. State 1st place and Elk District Runner up.

Coaches/managers, host site Presidents for major (11/12), junior, and senior
 baseball and softball will meet

at the
South Charleston Coummunity Center, room 3.
Rules will be reviewed
Pools/Pairings drawing
Someone will be at the District office
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday, (6/19-6/23)
from 5:00PM til 8:00PM
 to verify affidavits. For those completing the Tournament Affidavits
remember - all proof of residency must dated before February 1, 2011.

9/10 & 10/11 baseball and softball

Tuesday, June 14, 2011 6:00PM,
South Charleston Community Center, room 3.
All managers/coaches, host site Presidents need to attend.
Rules will be reviewed
Pairings/pools finalized
We will be doing affidavits for the 9/10 & 10/11 softball & baseball teams starting
Monday, June,13, 2011 thru Thursday, June 15 
at the District 3 office in Little Creek Park.
Hours will be 5:00PM til 8:00PM.  
Affidavits will not be done at the managers/coaches meeting.


Monday, June 6
The managers/coaches meeting for the 7/8 y.o. Coach Pitch Tournament, Softball and Baseball, is Tuesday, June 7, 2011, 6:00PM @ the South Charleston Community Center, room 3.
Host site Presidents, host site umpires, all team managers/coaches, and league Presidents need to attend.
Rules will be handed out and reviewed.
Finalize pools/pairings.

Junior, Senior and Big League Interleague Play Scheduling Meeting
We will doing scheduling/interleague play for Junior, Senior, and Big League
 Baseball and Softball
on

Presidents MUST attend - your signatures have to be on all forms.
If you are doing combined teams with another league please have combined team forms completed.

Calender - with field availability dates
Spring Break
School Dances
Graduation Dates
Any other dates that may affect your game scheduling
The number of teams your league has in each level/division.
If your league has players who have registered for Junior, Senior, or Big League Baseball/Softball and your league is NOT having a team, bring the player info (name, league age, phone number) and we can do combined teams for those players.

 will be doing Interleague groupings and scheduling

Tee Ball, Minor League, and Major League Baseball and Softball

 Sunday April 3, 2011, 1:00PM

 the South Charleston Community Center, room 3. 

Presidents must attend;

 we must have your signatures on interleague forms and combined team forms before they can be submitted.  Please have with you: Calendar - with field availability datesSpring BreakSchool field tripsSchool dancesGraduation datesAny other dates that will affect your scheduling games  Also, please have with you the number of teams you have in each division and level. 

We will do Junior, Senior, or Big League Baseball or Softball scheduling at a later date

 BUT

 if you have any players who have registered for your league and you do NOT have a team in your league, please bring player info, (name, league age, phone #) and we will do combined teams for those players. We will also review the 2011 season rule changes for regular season and tournament play.
