WV Wicked: Welcome

THANKS TO ALL WHO MADE 2008 A GREAT YEAR - WE OVERCAME MUCH AND ENDED STRONG - IT WAS A MEMORABLE AND FUN YEAR!

The WV Wicked Softball organization was created in 2004 to provide local girls with the opportunity to play travel fast pitch softball on a team that would provide the young ladies with an opportunity for college exposure, while also  helping to establish the needed fundamentals both in athletics and personality to allow for their success in their chosen paths of life...... 

Our history stems back for many to the WV Ice and Firestix where they started learning the strong fundamentals and discipline until the Ice split to the Wicked and Heat teams for the 05 - 07 seasons..

Now, many of our families and the young girls we have watched grow into exceptional young adults from both the WV Heat and the WV Wicked have joined forces again as the 2008 WV Wicked - The most wicked playing team in the state of WV and we're excited for the year to begin.... 

Over the past 4 years we've had our high points and low points, made our mistakes and have overcome many obstacles - but we've grown with every moment and will look back some day and cherish the times we've had together...... It's been a blast and we would have it no other way.........

Our heart-felt thanks goes out to all who have been with us the past 4 years. We  wish the best for everyone who has been a part of this organization and this year's team is proud to be able to include our place in the Wicked history and winning tradition...
