Donnie Marbut Head Coach
Coach Marbut enters his fourth season as the leader of the Cougar Baseball Program. Under his guidance, Cougar baseball has seen the greatest single season turnaround in team history. His 85 wins in his first three seasons as the Cougar skipper is the most by a Cougar head coach ever. A native of Aberdeen, WA, Coach Marbut has led his clubs to achieve great heights at all stops in his coaching career.
Travis Jewett Associate Head Coach
Coach Jewett begins his fourth year as the Cougar's Associate Head Coach. As the hitting coordinator, Coach Jewett has led the Cougar hitters to accomplish great things, leading the Pac-10 in hitting for most of the 2006 season. A native of Tacoma, WA, Coach Jewett has developed into one of the premier hitting coordinators in the Northwest.
Gregg Swenson Assistant Coach
Coach Swenson begins his third season as the head of the Cougar Pitchers. In his first season in this role, Coach Swenson led the Cougar staff to a dramatic turnaround as his pitchers set school records for strikeouts and saves. Year two saw the Cougar pitchers improve in several statistical categories and finish in the top 4 in Pac-10 ERA. A native of Olympia, WA, Coach Swenson is regarded as one of the top coaches in the Northwest.
Gabe Boruff - Assistant Coach / Camp Director
Coach Boruff joins the Cougar staff after a successful stop at Wenatchee Valley Community College. A native of Ephrata, WA, Coach Boruff played professionally in the Kansas City Royals organization prior to starting his coaching career. He adds a great level of knowledge and experience to the Cougar coaching staff.
