Winston Salem Grayhounds: Registrations

Participant fees: All fees must be paid in full by or on June 22, 2013. 

Cheerleaders: $185
Football Players: $185
*participants must be 5 on or before July 31st.
* A $20 family discount will be applied with 2 or more participates. The oldest child will pay full price and each additional child will be given the discount. 
  
*There will be a minimum of $65.00 for the registration fee at the time of sign up to ensure your childs spot on the team which $65 is non-refundable. This fee is included in the participant fee.
What to bring to registration:
  1. Your child
    2.   
  2. Certified Birth Certificate  
  3. Medical Clearance Form Completed by Physician ( Form is included in 2013 Football/Cheerleading Forms)
  4.  Report Card
  5. Payment
