Neidinger Swims on Team Wisconsin at Central Zone Championships!
Paige Neidinger, 12, from Waunakee Rural Aquatic Team, swam as part of Team Wisconsin for the Central Zone swim championships in Topeka, Kansas in August 9 - 12.  Paige's times in the 50 fly and 100 fly this past summer qualified her to advance past the Wisconsin Swim Championships, to the Zone championships.

Paige delivered a smashing performance in both events.  Her time of 32.75 placed her 20th overall amongst all 11 & 12 year old girls in the event, and was an improvement against her state time in this event by a full half second.  Her time of 1:13:66 earned her a 12th place overall in the 100 fly, as well.

All Wisconsin Zone qualifying swimmers who decide to proceed to the Zone competition become part of "Team Wisconsin."  Team Wisconsin then swam against other teams in the Central Zone:  Minnesota, Michigan, North and South Dakota, Ozark, and Missouri Valley.
