What to Bring:
- Winter Park Tiger 2012 Registration Form
- 2012 Player Contract
- 2012 Medical Form signed by physician
- 1 copy of players birth certificate
- 2x2 recent non-sports photo
- registration fee of $175.00 cash or check made payable to the Winter Park Tigers. (Scholarship rate is available to qualifying participants.)
At this point returning players may mail in any or all forms and payment to :

Jeff Gierke for being named the Head Football Coach at Lyman HS.
