Congratulations to the following three new players who were selected to the Whitestown Post 1113 American Legion Baseball Team for the 2012 season after open tryouts at the SUNY Institute of Technology on Sunday, May 20th:

Mt. Olivet Cemetery - Saturday, May 26th at 9:30 AM
All Whitestown Post 1113 baseball players are asked to report to Mt. Olivet Cemetery at 9:30 AM on Saturday morning, May 26th to assist the legionnaires in placing small American flags at Veteran's gravesites. Mt. Olivet Cemetery is on the right on Woods Road in Whitesboro just past the Whitesboro Central School District bus garage. Please wear your WP 1113 gear as well if you have it... hat, T-shirt, shorts, etc. Food and beverages will be available to all volunteers at the Whitestown American Legion afterwards. Thanks!

The Whitestown Post 1113 American Legion Baseball Team is sponsoring their 5th Annual Open Scramble Golf Tournament this summer.
Date: Saturday, June 30th
Where: Hidden Valley Golf Club
Time: 9:00 AM - Shotgun Start
What: Captain & Crew
Cost: $75 Per Person
Includes greens fees, golf cart, food, and prizes!
Registration begins in the clubhouse at 8:00 AM.
Lunch at the turn, followed by a steak dinner afterwards.
