Players may participate in more than one program, including during the International Tournament. This is subject to, however, the provisions of Regulation IV (a) Note 2: "If a player repeatedly misses practices and/or games because of participation in another program, the manager may remove the player from the team, subject to the board of directors’ approval, for the current season or tournament play. A team in a chartered Little League must not participate as a Little League team in games with or against those of another organization. This means that equipment and uniforms belonging to the local Little League must not be used in non-Little League approved games, and the team must not be identified as a team from a chartered Little League."
