It is with much regret that I am resigning, effective immediately.

I first want to thank the West Jefferson Board of Education, the West Jefferson Middle School Athletic Director, Principle, all of the staff and of course all of the students of this great school district.

This is a very tough decision for me. I have been a professional youth soccer coach for about 24 years now, coaching year round and working a full time job as well.

As I venture into the next phase of my life, I am getting married August 6th 2011 and have decided to make more time for me and my family, my granddaughters and my new family as well.

I will be taking a leave from soccer as a whole for a while, I would be willing to be of support to the soccer teams and coaches, time permitting, if it is needed.

Once again, I apologize to all that will be affected by my decision. This is in no way easy for me, but I believe the time has come that I make some time in my life for me and my new beginnings.

Soccer field is behind the Middle School, all the way back behind the baseball & softball fields. Park on the blacktop and walk all the way back between the ball fields & the stadium.

Directions:

 70 west to State Rt 142, turn left (S) onto 142. Go south a few miles to Rt 40 (Broad St). Turn Right onto 40, go west about 3/4 mile and turn left onto S Walnut. S Walnut becomes Fellows at the turn to the right. Stay on Fellows and turn left onto Garfield St. Turn Right onto Lilly Chapel Pkwy. Lilly Chapel turns into W Jefferson-Kiousville Rd after a few hundred feet as it swings to the left. The school is on the left. There are 3 areas to park. Due to all of the Spring sports gong on with West Jeff Middle & High School's, it is congested. Please be patient.  Park in one of the lots and walk to the back of the complex.
