The ice schedule for the 97's has been updated from now through November 8th. Everything is listed as a practice, but any ice that we are not splitting with another team is a potential GAME slot. Please check back to the web site for updated game schedules. As soon as we hear, we will post.

Things have been quiet...not much has been said...what is going on?
What's happening is the Cleveland Warriors are about ready to start! The team has solidified to a core of solid TEAM-mates. The practices are intensifying, the coaches are salivating, and the players are getting ready. Very soon this group will hit the ice against some great competition. Win, lose, or draw..the team will give their all and have have a blast doing it!

This is the web site for the 1997 Birth Year CLEVELAND Warriors hockey team. This team has players from 5 different local organizations combining to form a Tier II team. The goal is to represent Cleveland hockey well in tournaments and games and to help reinforce to all that Cleveland Hockey is growing in numbers and quality.

For the players who have been placed on the team, please complete the USAHockey registration process. There are 2 components that need to be done:
1. Through either the www.Winterhurst.org website or go directly to the site by clicking on the title above, please register with USAHockey for the 2007-08 season. It will cost $35, but covers your child for the upcoming year wherever they skate. You will be asked to print out a receipt that confirms your child is registered with USAHockey and then you will also receive an email confirmation. Give a copy of this receipt to either Chris Corrigan or Dan Mitchell, the infamous "team managers." Also forward the email copy to the Winterhurst Registrar Jason Novak (j13novak@gmail.com).
2. The second part needed is under the Handouts tab to the side. Under that is the Consent to Treat and Medical History form (it is one form). Please print out a copy and complete. Give the completed copy to our illustrious team managers.
The second link on the Handouts section is an appplication for a passport. Passports are not required until January 2008 for travel into Canada, but they are taking about 2 months to receive from teh Federal government. So this is not required, but is a useful thing ot have.
7/5/2007: The Handouts section is now updated with the Player Code of Conduct and Waiver of Liability forms. If you do not complete on-line registration with USAHockey, then you will need to fill out a Waiver of Liability.
