WE PRACTICE AT NEW WINDSOR MIDDLE SCHOOL
** BY THE RULES OF THE MMYFCL ALL FOOTBALL PLAYERS & CHEERLEADERS MUST HAVE A VALID MVA ID CARD**
We suggest obtaining a MVA ID Card in the off season to avoid the wait. 2 forms of ID are a must have: ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE & SOCIAL SECURITY CARD.
The cost is $15 at your local MVA and the card is valid for 5 years.
