Boyertown Dual Meet - December 11, 2011 Congratulations to the West Chester team for their 5th place finish at the very difficult Boyertown Dual Meet. The team started by beating Boyertown 57-36. In the second round, the team lost a very close match to Springford 51-43. They beat Resilite 41-30 in the third round and lost 43-31 to eventual winner Neshaminy in the fourth round. Then in the medal round, the boys wrestled very well and beat Norchester 55-27. Individual performances are as follows:
Conner Clifford, 46/50 pounds, 2 wins, 1 pin Boyertown Individual JV Tournament - December 11, 2011 17 wrestlers from our team took part. 11 ended up placing. Highlights were going 8 for 8 in the championship semis and then 7 and 4 in the medal rounds. All 17 participants wrestled aggresively and showed good improvement as the day went on.
