WELCOME TO THE HOME PAGE OF WARREN COUNTY UNITED G90 BLUE/Premier! (AKA FIREHAWKS!)
The Firehawks are a member of the Warren County Soccer Club and are playing in the premier division of the girls U-17 Buckeye Premier Youth Socer League.

-Experienced coaching:
Head coach Rodger Goforth is a USSF "D" Licensed coach with over 15 years experience at the Select and Premier Levels. As a coach in the Warren County Soccer Club, his previous team developed into one of the top teams in both the city and state. His team played in the top division and won over 1/2 dozen Major Invitational Tournaments and made the finals in another dozen tournaments. His Warren County Celtic '82-83' team was considered the top team in the Warren County Soccer Club during their tenure. He has taken this team, the WC Firehawks from the lowest division to the premier division in 4 seasons.
Assistant coach Kathleen Novicki is a former college soccer player. She is a USSF "F" Licensed Coach, and has a NSCAA Regional Soccer Coaching Diploma. Assistant Coach James Goforth brings high level playing experience to the team. James played high school and premier level select soccer with tremendous scoring ability. His ability to relate to the players in real-game situations is an asset to the team.
- Professional Soccer Skill Training with Paulo Barreto:
PAULO BARRETO has been a professional Brazilian soccer player since he was 19 and has played for first division clubs such as Figueirense F.C, Criciuma E.C, Joinville E.C and Flamengo of Santa Catarina State (Brazil). He also played in Europe for Salir F.C (Portugal) and in the United States for El Paso Patriots in Texas.
Paulo began working with youth soccer in the summer of 1995 for the Brazilian Soccer Academy in Raleigh, NC. Paulo is WCSC Director of Player Development and has been training many area teams since 1997. His teams are developing super ball control (Paulo still holds the Brazilian state "juggling" record of over 9,450!) and he has shown each member what it takes to play in "the Brazilian style". One of the advantages of Paulo's training/coaching style is not only being able to tell the player what to do, he has the ability to demonstrate. Paulo is a firm believer that it's much more effective to teach by visualization. Paulo has been training the Firehawks since they were U12.

- The WC Firehawks along with Ohio Elite, Worthington, Classics, CUP, Cincinnati Futbol Alliance, Eagles, GSE, NK United, Ambassador, Delaware Co, DSA, KSC, OH Galaxies are members of the Buckeye Premier Youth Soccer League. http://www.buckeyepremier.com/
- The WC Firehawks seek to participate in the highest level competitions and tournaments in order to achieve success at the state, regional, and national levels and provide the highest level of exposure to college coaches.

- Our coaching methods are age specific, with expectations increasing as the player matures
- Social activities are provided to instill lifelong friendships and passion about and within the game of soccer.
- Flexibility with other activities in your life. Other programs state that soccer has to be your only activity. We state that, while we need your commitment, we understand the importance of other activities in your life and will do our best to work around some of your other academic, sport, artistic and community service activities.
