• Post-Season Information: 
  • End-of-Season Awards:  Congratulations to the following athletes for being recognized for their accomplishments during the 2009 season:
  • Aspen Sanders: Team MVP and 1st Team All-League Selection
  • Kaelene Babauta: Best Offensive Player and 1st Team All-League Selection
  • Breanna Garcia: 2nd Team All-League Selection
  • Jessica Villars: Best Defensive Player
  • Danielle Reed: Most Improved Player
  • Chelsea Reid: Wolf Spirit Award
  • UNIFORMS: IF YOU DID NOT TURN IN A UNIFORM AND/OR SWEATS, THE COST WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:
    • Sweat Top: $65
    • Sweat Bottom: $65
    • Uniform top: $25 (each)
    • Uniform bottom: $22
      • You may not participate in another sport, nor will you receive your grades until these fees are paid.

Off-Season Volleyball Information

• • For any player to really improve, she must play some off-season volleyball.  There are many options in the Colorado Springs area for participating during the off-season:
    • Big House Sports (http://www.bighousesports.us/home/): This facility is located at Powers/Fountain and offers many different playing opportunities from a full-on Club program, to the more economical "BHip" program.  Informational meetings are being held.  See Big House' website above. 
    • Club programs: full-fledged club programs will improve a player dramatically.  Locally, there are numerous programs to look into:  Pikes Peak Volleyball Club (http://www.pikespeakvolleyball.com/), Altitude Volleyball Club (http://csavbc.clubspaces.com/default_css.aspx), Colorado Juniors (http://www.coloradojuniors.com/).  Other programs in the Colorado Springs area can be found here: http://www.rmrvolleyball.org/juniors/indexJuniors.html, then click on "Juniors Clubs List".  Even if you do not join a club program or the BHip program at Big House, most of the clubs have clinics at various times during the off-season.  See their websites for more information.
