Aloha to our Seniors
This is probably the toughest time of the year for me as a coach when I have to say Aloha to my seniors.
I say Aloha because like the Hawaiians I don't believe in saying goodbye just hello until I see you again.
This group of seniors is especially important to me because it is my first group that is accomplishing the #1 goal that I set for every member of this club. Going to college. The next goal is for them all is to graduate from college with at least a bachelors.
Kevin, Vince, Chelsea, Sloane and Christian have all set their sites on getting that college education. Kevin and Chelsea are fortunate enough to also become college athletes as well.
I will miss seeing them everyday in practice for 9 months of the year but I look forward to seeing them put their stamp on the world and exerting their influence in postive ways as adults.
Failure is never an option and these 5 have set some pretty high standards for themselves to achieve and I wish them all the best as the move forward and God be with you till we meet again.
