Speed Endurance Workout

Jogging develops slow twitch fiber in the muscles. Sprints develop fast twitch fiber. Which do you want?

There is good news and bad news about this speed endurance workout. The good news is they tell you no more than twice a week and no longer than 20-30 minute sessions.

The bad news is, if done correctly, it is bear.

But as Anson Dorrence says, “The Vision of a Champion is someone who is bent over, drenched in sweat, at the point of exhaustion, when no one else is watching.”
