Mother Nature ended the ASA Southern Belles tournament before the 1st pitch of the championship game. Tournament directors made the tournment single elimination on Sunday morning with the four remaining unbeaten teams in the winners bracket due to weather concerns. Velocity faced off with MS Crush Sunday morning taking a 7-1 win before rain struck before the championship game.

Congratulations to Darby Bishop as she was voted Tournament MVP.  The girls head to Baton Rouge, LA next weekend for the USFA Breast Cancer Awareness Tournament, there are currently 20 teams registered to play. Hopefully, Mother Nature will treat us a little better this coming weekend.
