  Thu 11/5/09 12:30pm - 5pm Empire League Finals This our final league race and the most important race. You will run the smartest and best race of the season. Run a good first mile and pass as many girls as you can on the final two miles. For some, this is your last race, so give it all you got and get some P.R's.. For Varsity, let's try to make it to CIFwith some P.R's. You have trained for it. We have come close in the past years, so let's show them we can do it. Go Tigers! Craig Regional Park
  Sat 10/24/09 7am - 12:30pm Mt. SAC Invitational This is a tough and very important course, a preview of C.I.F. prelims. Run smart and be strong. Get in a good position the first mile. Maintain position up the hills and pass on the down and flats. You have more than trained for this course. Mt. SAC (Mount San Antonio College)
  Sat 10/17/09 8am - 1pm Orange County Championships This is our chance to show the county how strong we are. Let's do some of our best racing and try to get medals and trophys. Vasrity got 2nd 4 years ago in the divsion. Le'ts go for 1st! JV and FS, this is your time to shine too! Irvine Regional Park
  Thu 10/8/09 2pm - 6pm Empire League Challenge 1st Empire League Race. It's very important. Run your best and smartest race to date. No one will give you any race, you need to step up to the moment and run with it. Craig Regional Park
  Sat 10/3/09 8am - 12pm Brea Invitational 3rd race of the season. It's kind of a tough course, but you are ready for it. So, run strong and Good racing! Remember, a good smart first mile sets the race in motion for you. Carbon Canyon Regional Park
  Sat 9/26/09 8am - 12pm Sunny Hills Invitational 2nd race of the season. Should be racing smart with a good first mile to get you going. It's a grass and pavement course with some dirt trails. Run hard and pass runners on the final two miles! Craig Regional Park
  Sat 9/12/09 8am - 11:45am Laguna Hills Invitational 1st race of the season. Good racing to everybody!! Do your best and start the season strong!! Run a smart first mile. Laguna Hills High School
