Big Miles at Big Bear Running Camp!

 The 10th Annual Big Bear Running Camp was a huge success with runners putting in quality miles on wooded trails, swimming, boating, cooking, cleaning, playing games, watching running DVD's, and getting to know each other better! 

It will be a great season!

Great racing at Villa Park Fun Run!
Guess who is back...? Tayyab, check out his real life quad muscles in the photo slide show below! Alumni, Talal Khan won the time trial event in 14:30.  We had a super tough week of training so the coaches were VERY happy with the times! 
 
Sean Krinik led the 2009 Tigers with a 15:43, a minute faster than last year at this time! The new and improved, Diego was 1:30 faster, Tayyab next, followed by a pack of Troy, Brad and Benji. Biggest improvements were made by Shivnay, Benji, Gio Ruiz, and Matthew Pope. We will return August 20th and show more improvement!

 Once again, Beach Day took us to Crystal Cove and El Moro and the infamous challenge of the "Elevator Loop"! Great efforts by all and rewarding fun in the waves at the beach too!
