Hey Coach Hadley, Just looking around and writing down a couple of lines to say hi and see how the team is doing I see it's doing really good It doesnt surprise me You're a great coach. just in case you dont know who I em Im Armando Alfaro that little short guy that use to run x-country a while ago well just in case.and wondering why Im not in any pictures i couldnt find my self. well im still running and im not fast but im not slow i run a 1.5 mile in 8:38 and i still have some left over i need some competition so i might come buy some day to run with team some time, my best wishes to you and the team bye.

Hey guys
   Just checking in and wanted to see how everyone is doing back home. I hope that everyone is training hard to start the track season! You should all be really excited for it. Make sure that you all have as much fun as possible, and listen to coach and what she has say.... and no taking shorcuts when you guys go on your long runs. I've got a few more days until I start my last Semester iin AZ and im doing the Steeple chase in track... for any of you that don't know what Steeple is... it's like a 2 mile race with hurdles and one water junp. wish me luck ! Hope everyone back home is doing great ! Weebber! Gumbo! Coach, Beast Puffers,El Morro, and everyone else who i forgot to mention. Take care cause i care everyone and traiin hard!!!!

Congrats on your state meet guys. i know i was there, and already said that to most of the team, but I'm not sure i said it to everyone. Well, you all did great, and ran your hearts out. You never gave up, and that's what a true champion is. Let's keep it up for track, and see you all tomorrow at school.
