International Beach Volleyball Champions Meet Tonight in Orlando
Attention volleyball enthusiasts. Meet the world’s top ranked beach volleyball players! Join us this evening, Wednesday, August 27 at 7 pm for SPORTSTALK LIVE at ESPN Club in the Disney Village. This is a a one-time-only question and answer session with Olympic Gold Medallist Dain Blanton; “Sinjin” Smith, the greatest player in beach volleyball history; top ranked women’s player Misty May; and two-time Olympian Jeff Nygaard, all of FIVB, the Federation Internationale de Volleyball. This unique opportunity to meet these USA players is a kick off event for the FIVB’s Grand Slam in Los Angeles; a $300,000 event that returns to the USA in September for the first time since the 1997 World Championships. The LA event is the fourth Grand Slam of the SWATCH FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour.
SPORTSTALK LIVE will allow guests to get up close and personal with these international beach volleyball stars. There will be an information exchange, photo opportunities, SWATCH watch giveaways, plus giveaways of FIVB jerseys, uniforms and specialty items. The event is anticipated to last approximately one hour. Admission is free and is available on a first-come, first served basis.

Howdy. I just wanted to say how much I have been enjoying this my first season with the club. Thanks to Ricki, Keri and Suzanne for all the guidance I'm learning a lot about coaching and having a great time. And especially thanks to the 14 girls yall are great. Oh, and after this weekend 16 travel yall aren't too bad either. Great job everyone.
