Little League Baseball, Incorporated is a non-profit organization whose mission is to "to promote, develop, supervise, and voluntarily assist in all lawful ways, the interest of those who will participate in Little League Baseball and Softball."
Founded in 1939; granted Federal Charter July 16, 1964, by unanimous act of the Senate and House of Representatives of the Congress of the United States of America and signed by President Lyndon B. Johnson as Public Law 88-378, 88th Congress H.R. 9234, and amended December 26, 1974, Public Law 93-551, 93rd Congress, H.R. 8864. Little League is tax exempt.

The intent of this Resource Center is to provide the Little League Baseball and Softball Coach or Manager with the tools they need to be effective leaders of children, to run efficient and productive practices, and to teach children the baseball or softball skills they need to be able to excel. Whether you, as a Manager or Coach, are a novice or a seasoned veteran, you will be able to learn something from this Resource Center. We hope you enjoy it.
American Baseball Coaches Association
The ABCA is the primary professional organization for baseball coaches at the amateur level. Its over 6,200 members represent all 50 states and 22 countries. Since 1945, Association membership has broadened to include seven divisions - NCAA Division I, II and III, NAIA, Junior College, High School and Youth.
