2007 Manley Cup Champions
Open the Official UNCG Ice Hockey Website
The UNCG Ice Hockey team will be entering its 8th season as an official UNCG club. For years, the team has played in the GAHL (Greensboro Adult Hockey League,) coming away last season as the 2007 Manley Cup Champions. The team has also had its fair share of games against other colleges from around the southeast.
This season promises to be a very exciting season for the team. This will be the 1st full collegiate season for the Spartans, and the schedule is stacked with some quality competition. The team will be playing teams from around the Carolinas and Virginia, such as Furman, Radford, UNC Wilmington, and VMI. The team will also be making trips to play Northern Kentucky, as well as Orlando to play Central Florida, who is one of the best teams in the southeast.
