Volunteers info.
The success of the Upper Dublin Soccer Club is dependent on VOLUNTEERS. VOLUNTEERS are the key to our success today and hold the key for our success tomorrow. In an effort to encourage volunteerism the club has adopted a "Volunteer Fee", (An oxymoron yes, but that is what it has become known as!) The fee is $25 per family and it is paid at the time of registration. The fee is returned within four weeks of the end of the season to those families that have completed a volunteer service for the club.
The volunteer activity must be for the benefit of the club and not for a specific team with the exception of head coach and one assistant coach. Volunteer refund requests are submitted to the treasurer by board members and specific activity coordinators as designated by the board upon the completion of qualified activities. Families may be contacted by an activity coordinator to participate, may contact a board member or check the website for participation activities.
Note: Club meetings count as a volunteer activity. These are the second Wednesday of each month at the Township Building at 8PM.
