Rain Policy
All decisions to close the intramural program reside with the President of the Club. If not the President, then two officers or three other board members may close down the intramural program, if ALL are in agreement. Commissioners, coordinators and coaches have no authority to cancel a game, or shut down league play based on the above structure. Once the scheduled game is to go forward only the referee can declare the field unplayable.
