It is important that the following information be available at registration. Registrars will need to verify all of the following, even if you have been registered in the past:
· Player's name
· Address
· Phone number
· Alternate phone number
· Birth date
· Gender
· Grade for 2009-2010 school year
· School
· Email addresses
· Insurance information
Special Requests
· Requests to be with a teammate are ONLY accepted for K-1 !!!!!!
· There are no requests for specific practice nights.
Team Assignments
· Leagues for grade 4-5 and up are by draft.
· Player in grades K-1 and 2-3 are assigned, with the main goal to balance the teams according to skill level
· Coaches should be contacting players by mid August
· Any medical issues should be relayed to coach before the start of the season
· Teams should be posted on UDSC website (www.udsc.org) by mid August
· Game and Practice schedules will be posted by late August
· Practices are scheduled Monday though Friday nights
· Kindergarten through 5th grade teams play on Saturday morning. Middle school teams play on Saturday with some Friday night games. High school boys play on Friday night and Sunday with the high school girls playing on Saturday and some Sundays.
Refundable Volunteer Fee
We need volunteers to help the club with a number of tasks. These tasks include:
- A shift at the Snack bar
- Setting up fields before the day's games
- Closing up a field after the day's games
- Working at registration
- Coaching
- Sponsorship
- Many others (ask at registration)
Like many local youth sports organization, we NOW assess a refundable non-volunteer fee so that we can augment our usual group of volunteer workers to perform the many jobs that enable us to offer a quality soccer program for our children each year.
You will be assessed the $25 fee per family when you register. You'll receive a refund when you perform your task. Coaches and sponsors will receive their refunds promptly. A volunteer coordinator will contact you to arrange a convenient time for you to perform your task.
Also if you want to pay the $25 fee but don't want to volunteer, let us know when you register.
Fees for 2009 Final Registration
Intramurals 90 + 50 late fee + 25 refundable volunteer fee = $165
Travel 135 + 50 late fee + 25 refundable volunteer fee = $210
HS Travel 90 + 50 late fee + 25 refundable volunteer fee = $165
No late fees for new families and HS intramurals

Refunds
Any player electing not to play MUST NOTIFY the club in writing by June 30 in order to get a refund of the full fee less the $20 field assessment. Players who register for travel but do not make the team will be placed on an intramural team and automatically get a refund of the difference between travel and intramural. Refunds will be issued during September
