The Texas Starz 18U have been playing competitive softball since being formed as the Diamonds at 10&U. Our name may have changed but our GOALS remain the same! Our mission is to develop a strong team and strong team players with positive attitude. We are training these young ladies to play at a higher level. We are also building memories that will last a lifetime. And though we will suffer setbacks from time to time, it's all a part of learning and growing together

CONFIDENCE You can never fully achieve success without being CONFIDENT in your abilities. This not only holds true for softball but for everything else in life. Too many times we underestimate ourselves, due to some preconceived fear. Believe it or not, some people have a fear of being successful, while others have the fear of failing. Some people simply have fears that are unfounded. But, if you feel that your CONFIDENCE is not where it needs to be then figure out what is holding you back. Once you have discovered it then put an aggressive plan in motion to overcome it. Having CONFIDENCE eliminates a lot of fear and allows you to achieve even more than you ever thought you could. I have CONFIDENCE IN YOU, I hope you do.
