January 19, 2007 NEWSLETTER
Our Award Ceremony for the first half of the school year was today! The girls helped organize & run the Ceremony. Jessica E volunteered to assist us at the Ceremony, as well as doing some of the shooping for us. Thank you, Jessica!
Hopefully after tonight, you will have a good idea of some aspects of what we are trying to accomplish as Brownies. The girls are becoming more independent & better planners. They are also ready & willing to help out in so many ways! I am so proud of them!
I mentioned in the previous newsletter that Thinking Day has been moved to Wednesday, February 28th. There will also be some other changes to Thinking Day for this year. Each Girl Scout troop from our school has chosen a country to represent. Troop 118 will represent France. We will have a sample of French cuisine for all girls to taste & will participate in something related to Freance, whether it be a simple craft, a game developed in. or something associated with France. Your suggestions are always welcome!! If you have any, please contact me or Julie as soon as possible, so we may research & consider your ideas.

2/28/07-Thinking Day. Meet in MultiPurpose Room.
