Triad Bassmasters Provides Christmas Dinner for Disabled/Homeless Military Veterans
Veterans' Christmas Dinner

Triad Bassmaster club members Johnny and Wendy Dunnavant, Chris Foreman and Linda Berry had the honor and priviledge to provide a Christmas dinner to approximately 100 disabled/homeless military veterans on December 13th at a shelter in High Point, NC.

Preparation for the event begin weeks in advance as club members solicited donations to purchase the turkey and other fixings to feed these veterans. After expenses, Triad Bassmasters was able to present a check for $200 to Marie Jones of United Hearts and Hands. Marie's non-profit organization raises awareness to PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder). This was Triad Bassmaster's second year to provide this service to the veterans at the High Point shelter.
