GENERAL CLUB INFORMATION

WEB PAGE ACCESS: Paid registered members of TRiKC have full access to this web page. If you are not a registered member, we would love to give you full access to our web page as it contains some of the best triathlon information in the world. To obtain full access, simply click on the "Join the Club" tab above and register on active.com to become a TRiKC member.

NEW MEMBERS can find a club application at this website. Complete the application and mail it in to obtain full access to this site or register online. If you are already a member, please remember that you must renew your membership annually. 

RENEW YOUR TRiKC MEMBERSHIP before your membership expires each year. In addition to all of the TRiKC events. Membership does have its privileges.

We are sure our readers would enjoy articles on such topics as nutrition, investing, health, or travel. TRiKIDS: TRiKC is accepting applications from kids ages 6 to 15 for our TRiKIDS club. Please encourage any youth you know to enroll. The fee is $13.50 per year and free for present TRiKC members with a family membership (max. 4). Any child can access the TRiKids page just by requesting access.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY EMAIL AND GENERAL ACCOUNT INFO? You may change your nickname, email address and other account information when logged into the TRiKC web site. Click the "edit profile" link in the upper right of the web site. The link will display next to your nickname. You will be directed to a page displaying your current profile. Click the "Edit Profile" link in the upper right of the page. The first section you'll see, "Member Profile", is an area to adjust your nickname and profile settings, which are displayed via the "View Profile" link on message boards.

Click the "Member Info" tab at the top of the window to adjust your name, email address, or birthday. We do not have the ability to change your email for you on the web page. Please go to the web page and in the right upper corner click on "edit profile." Then click on edit profile again, then click on member info and change your email address. You must then enter your password and click update.
 
Click the "Mail Prefs" tab at the top of the window to sign up for specific eteamz mailings (Newsletters, Sport Tips). Click the "Security" tab at the top of the window to change your username, password and/or create a security question, which will allow you to obtain your username/password online if you should lose it.

After making any updates, you will be required to enter your eteamz password at the bottom of the form and click the "Update" button. When finished, you may go back to browsing eteamz.

WEB PAGE LOGIN PROBLEMS: Sometimes you may be required to log on each time you change pages on the TRiKC web page. Unfortunately, the webmaster cannot correct this looping problem. From time to time you may need to delete all or specific cookies when experiencing looping. First, if you do not have the latest version of Internet Explorer or Netscape, be sure to download and install the latest version from the appropriate link below. AOL users, be sure you have the latest version of AOL. As part of our ongoing effort to personalize the eteamz Site and services, eteamz uses cookies. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to the TRiKC web page from the eteamz Site and stored on your computer's hard drive. TRiKC chose to use eteamz because they provide us with web space at a reasonable rate and because they are associated with active.com and we can coordinate registration better. Please also make sure your have set Internet Explorer to accept cookies. Also, if you have a firewall, make sure it is set to accept cookies. Deleting the temporary internet files and cookies on your computer should resolve the problem. You should also have your cookies set to "enabled" on your web browser. When you delete your cookies/temp files, you should have only one browser window open. When they're done, you should close all browsers then try again. If you still experience problems, please contact eteamz directly at websupport@eteamz.com. Please save a copy of this note just in case you experience future problems. Here are some specific instructions for you to follow:

Clear Temporary Internet Files: Windows 95/98/2000 and Windows NT 4.0 or higher. On your computer desktop, click the "My Computer" icon. On the following window click the "Control Panel" icon.  On the following window click the "Internet Options" icon.  A window will display called "Internet Properties". Remain on this first window. Click the "delete files" button in the Temporary Internet file section. Do not delete your offline content, unless you prefer to. Click the "OK" button at the bottom of the window and exit. Netscape Click on the "plus" sign next to Advanced. Three additional options will be displayed. In the Advanced list, click on "Cache". The cache options window will be on the right side. Click the button, on the right side, to "Clear Memory Cache". A warning message will be displayed. Click "OK" to delete the Internet files stored in memory. Click the button to "Clear Disk Cache". A warning message will be displayed. Click "OK" to delete the Internet files stored in the local disk. Click "OK" to close the options window.

How to change Temporary Internet Settings: Windows 95/98/2000 and Windows NT 4.0 or higher.  On your computer desktop, click the "My Computer" icon. On the following window click the "Control Panel" icon. On the following window click the "Internet Options" icon. A window will display called "Internet Properties". Remain on this first window. Click the "settings" button in the Temporary Internet file section. On the following window choose your preference. Most users prefer to use the "automatically" setting, which is also the default setting. Click the "OK" button at the bottom of the window and exit. Delete your eteamz cookies 1) Go to your desktop screen 2) Click the My Computer icon 3) Click the C Drive icon 4) Click your windows folder 5) Click your Cookies folder 6) Click the View tab at the top of the screen and select to view the files in a list format 7). Delete any cookie file that has @eteamz in the last half of the file name. The first half may say anyuser (or anything else). What you're looking for is ANY file with the word eteamz in the second half. Just delete any that you find. Then go back and try again.

CHANGE YOUR USERNAME OR EMAIL ADDRESS ONLINE: No need to write us and wait. You can now change your username or email addrss when logged into eteamz web sites or message boards. Click the edit profile link in the upper right of TRiKC web site. The link will display next to your nickname. You will be directed to a page displaying your current profile. Click the Edit Profile link in the upper right of the page to make changes. Click the tabs at the top of the following page to change your username, password and/or create a security question, which will allow you to obtain your username/password online if you should lose it. Remember, we do not have the ability to change your email for you on the web page. So if you change your email please go to the web page and in the right upper corner click on "edit profile." The click on edit profile again, the click on member info and change your email address.
