Hello all fellow triathletes,
I'll be on business in KC staying at the Plaza next week. Does anyone know if there is a pool nearby that will accept guests and opens early like around 5:30? |

| Goofballgirl,I sent you an email with some tips. Remember, this is a triathlon, not a 500 meter swim. Don't ruin your bike and run by expending all your energy on the swim. See you at the finish line. |
