Residential Camp is a competitive and fun environment that provides the ultimate soccer experience for players of all levels and positions. Curriculum will focus on technical and functional training by positions, along with small group and team tactics. Commuter camp provides the same experience without the residential restrictions. Each Camper will be provided with a camp t-shirt and comprehensive evaluation.

SPEED AND STRENGTH TRAINING

Campers will benefit from learning daily from the LSU strength and conditioning staff. Topics include agility, plyometrics, explosiveness, and running efficiency.

COLLEGE RECRUITMENT SEMINAR

Residential campers of high school age who are interested in playing college soccer will benefit from our panel of college coaches and current college players. Questions about college opportunities and recruitment will be covered.

CLASS SESSIONS

At the one hour daily class sessions, campers will learn about a variety of topics that will improve their game. Topics include nutrition, leadership & team building, positional profiling, and tactical aspects of the game.

TEAMS

Numerous special events highlight the Tiger Soccer Camp evening activities. Campers will represent their favorite country in the famous Soccer Olympics one night while strutting their stuff in the skit competition another night.
