Annoucement of Theme
I wanted to introduce you to our theme for TCB. This will become our motto as we move forward with this program. One of our goals for TCB is to teach not only cheerleading and gymnastics skills, but life skills such as teammanship.
Teammanship is defined as working together for a common goal regardless of the differences between individuals. Respecting each other as individuals, team members, parents, coaches, director and booster leaders recognizes our strengths and our weaknesses. But we strive to work together as a team to present our best.
The motto I have chosen is personal because it was my late fathers. He often repeated it to his grandchildren, and the lesson is very deep when applied. It hangs in my Landry room as a constant reminder to change my negative thinking and stay on the correct path . . .

Watch your character
For it builds your destiny .
So when a negative thought creeps into your head, stop .. and think of a solution . and a positive way to present it to your team mate, coach , friend, director or parent and we will be on the road to being a stronger team!
