-&nbsp; Base runner may steal when the ball reaches the plate (Not passing the batter)<br />
-&nbsp; A blatant BALK with runners on, will result in a ball to the batter
(I think this is an important mod to get young pitchers to focus)<br />
-&nbsp; MANDATORY speed up runner for the catcher with two outs!
<p>
&nbsp;When you arrive for your Saturday afternoon double headers (Only),
please have your parents park on the grass where I parked yesterday.&nbsp;
This will be necessary due to the lack of parking for 5pm mass.
