Texas Senators 16U High School Select Baseball: Welcome

TEXAS SENATORS -  Established in 2005, the Texas Senators are committed in the development of High School and College prep baseball players.

Coach Albert and Tim are the original coaches who started the team in 2005, they continue to coach today. The coaches are not paid and very dedicated to the success of the players to succeed on/off the field. Our goal, taking players to the next level of High School and preparing these young men for College Showcase.  

The 2011 Summer Season is fast approaching and we are currently looking for players to fill spots on our 2011 Summer Roster. To be considered, players must have the following qualifications:

HIGH SCHOOL PLAYER

PROVEN SELECT EXPERIENCE

GOAL OF PLAYING COLLEGE BASEBALL

We are looking for 15 year old pitchers or catchers as their strength position. Good knowledge of the game and strong bat is preferred. We will play 15/16 tournamnets as 15 pure team.

We have partnered with My Batters Box located in Prosper as our primary indoor practice and Craig Ranch located in McKinney for outdoor practice. 

Our focus will be to teach the players the game of baseball. We will teach them how to play as a team with good sportsmanship and respect for their opponents, teammates, coaches, families, umpires and just as important respect for the Game of Baseball. They will learn Self-Discipline through their hard work. We believe teaching these values will better prepare them for the challenges of higher level play in baseball and help prepare them for the greater challenges in high school and college
