In this workshop you will learn the basic ingredients of the ChiRunning® Technique.

ChiRunning is changing the way people approach the sport of running. Combining the principles of T’ai Chi with the laws of physics, ChiRunning:

  • Empowers beginning runners with a sense of their strength and potential

This workshop is a great introduction to the ChiRunning technique. You’ll get lots of personalattention and enjoy a rich learning experience packed with good information to help you run injury-free for the rest of your life.  What you will get:

  • Introduction to the ChiRunning method

  • Upper body and lower body usage

Class Format: The ChiRunning Essentials workshop includes four hours of instruction in a single 1/2 day from beginning at 8:30 AM and concluding 12:30 PM.
